    Lost 2.4 lbs since Monday. Following the Body by Vi Challenge and eating sensibly. I'm also doing everything I can to walk 10,000 steps per day. it's making a difference.

    So my goal for 2012 is to end the year 15lbs lighter. I'm down 5 but my weight has stalled during an 8 inch loss. I know that means I'm losing but it also means I may not hit my goal.

      When you have surgery, your body is just not up to normal speed. It's normal to have an off week after surgery. Y'all get well soon!!!

      Awesome! I find myself just jogging in place around my house because I don't have as much time or energy for log walks as I'd like. But I don't go to bed til I get at least 10000!

      I'm a waitress and banquet server so this helps in my exercise for the day...eventually I will incorporate an exercise program but for starters I'm just using my work....

      thats cool, i looked it up. not for me. but walking 10,000 steps is a great goal. i have a pedometer somewhere but it doesnt work very well. any suggestions where to get one?

      I'm failing on my carbs miserably but it's usually because of natural sweets like honey in my tea & fruits or oatmeal. I'm not a huge sweets person.

      I have had that done, 6 months ago! I was hungry a little,though I made a plan of sitting and watch movies or reading and on my laptop because you do feel weak.Let me tell you the next day I felt wonderful.I think I drain all the toxins out of my body.It almost like detoxing!
