    I have been derailed on my exercise this week by a sick baby and impending out of town visitors. I hope to get in a good workout tonight to get me through until Sunday when they return home.

      That is life, isn't it? The goal of all of this is overall health - and sometimes you just have to prioritize other things over exercise. Thankfully, you control your food quality & quantity, which plays such an important role! Hang in there. I hope baby is feeling much better soon.

      Good luck for your workout tonight! And in the meantime, be sure to stay on track with your eating habits as much as possible. That helps soften the "blow." And keep in mind that you'll be burning less calories, so adjust accordingly.

      That is not a problem at all. I am pretty hardcore about what I eat and how much. I have lost 62lbs and have 111 more to lose. No food is going to mess with my progress.
