    Is anyone else having a hard time changing their reward picture. I've been unsuccessful and the 1 mb allowed is so small that I have to shrink the picture to nothing to achieve it.

    Well, I'm finally back into my swimming routine. I've done a mile worth of laps 3 days a week for two weeks now. It feels so good, especially getting some good cardio exercise despite the heat!

    I've been riding my bike to the pool for the last week instead of driving. I tried to start doing that for the past year! I finally go that little habit in place!

    I've been stuck at my desk 24/7 with reports. I've found that exercising a little in the morning and then doing 5 minutes of fast biking on an exercise bike every hour or so is keeping me going. It's also keeping me from rebelling for sitting static so much!

    I was able to subside a brownie/cookie desire last night with some fat free cottage cheese, apples, and cinnamon. I have a feeling it's going to be a summer with lots of cottage cheese!

      I just updated mine, it's under 'options' upper right-hand on profile pg.- the edit photo.. hope that helps..

      Sometimes you have to leave the page after clicking upload, then refresh your dashboard in order to see the new picture (due to browser caching).

      hm.. That doesn't sound like what I'm experiencing. It says the file is too big and no matter how tiny I try to get the picture, I can't seem to get the file small enough. Even when I was able to (hardly able to see it), I've left the page and shut down the computer, but it still doesn't change the picture. Unfortunately, I've had the same picture since I started.

      Make sure you use a photo editing software package. You shouldn't have to shrink the viewing size much but you need to reduce the quality and resolution. Make sure it's 72 dpi, and around 300 x 300. You may be changing the dimensions but not reducing the resolution which means the file size doesn't change much.

      Yes, just get an older exercise bike with a big comfortable seat from the thrift store and remove the monitor. Then all you need is a very high desk in front of you. I have an air desk. It's working wonderfully well! I can always move the bike and just stand or adjust the desk down to sit.

What do you want to talk about in terms of other formats of this site? :) Btw, you can change your macronutrient settings, just click on "Settings" in the top right. You're right, we're leaning towards low-carb because most of our visitors want to lose weight, and carbs are a major issue for them.
