    i've slacked for the past two months ... lost 8kg last may-june2012 and gained 3kg over the past 2 months. it seems ok on the scale (considering what i've been eating) but i don't feel good in my clothes these days so i've decided to get back on track ^^ day 2 today. not very good nutrition stats but im becoming more aware of what i put in my mouth :P i'll keep adjusting until i feel ok with my meal portions :)

    have been so bad in recording food intake since class started getting busier but have been keeping the routine up. same food portions, less activity but doing challenges without checking in.

      i like running but i don't have the time. i like yoga too!

      You are doing the most important things, eating and exercising well. Recording is unnecessary if you can keep on track by yourself. It was good to know how you are getting on.
