    How are all of my fellow students doing with finals?! I would love some study junk food right about now... but I am staying strong with yet ANOTHER salad. Then once finals are over I'll feel much better about enjoying lazy swims in my new bikini. :D :D :D

    My boyfriend ordered a pizza for dinner. I had wild rice, cauliflower, and chicken sausage. That was not easy!

    Really appreciated this break down of oat cereals. http://nutritiondiva.quickanddirtytips.com/are-steel-cut-oats-healthier.aspx I like to mix it up with different levels of processing (oat meal --> steel cut) to make breakfast more dynamic. They are all good for you!

    Yesterday I ran 3 miles and played Ultimate for over an hour! Talk about running on fumes...it was fun though :)

    Went for a run and made my boyfriend an amazing dinner. Sauteed shrimp with a lemon white wine sauce, green beans, and wild rice. I think I can get used to this!

      Trying something new usually helps me. Getting someone new to run with, or signing up for a race. It's good to have a goal that you're training for. I also do crossfit, so there's a new workout every day. Keeps my muscles nice and confused.

      Yeah, I definitely think you should mix up your exercising. I started a new DVD routine to add to my running. Strength training is great for metabolism. Also, it's easy to get into a feeding rut when you find what works...try some news foods for a few days.

      Right now I run, play ultimate, and bike - but I am going to start kayaking this summer. I have such a hard time working out when I am not doing a sport! Strength training is a good idea though. Any ideas for strength training without the gym?

      It's 15 miles each way. I need to put my bike rake on and park half way in the park in ride. This is an idea.

      Thanks! I have been wanting a new pair of Toms badly. Putting a reward up that I have been dreaming of getting has been a much better motivator than the default options. I just leveled and got a coffee siphon! Guess I am not joining the "tea not coffee" challenge any time soon. :)
