    slacking lately. exercises were "forgotten" and the fatty, sugary foods made a comeback. the lack of energy has returned, and the back pains from skipping out on a few days of my 'mandatory' scoliosis exercises. im determined to get back into exercising and eating right! if you read all of this long comment, youre awesome and im sending you some red vines through the computer. no were trying to be healthy, ill send scrambled eggs. and feel free to eat them at any time of the day. tfios reference

    havent been doing very well this week at all. didnt do my exercises for about 2 days, which of course made my back hurt and then made me want to skip them again. havent been watching my food very well either. i feel so tired and sore. this was actually a really great lesson.

    been doing the "relieve stress 10 minutes a day" challenge. a great way to do this is to lay outside! throw on a bathing suit and just go in your backyard. its relaxing and you can start getting tan for the summer. plus youll want to stay out longer than ten minutes :)

    my goals for april: 1 lose about 5 pounds, more worried about actually becoming healthier 2 complete my goal of 50k in camp nanowrimo 3 get tan for the summer!! if theres any wrimos on here, comment!

    if you want a friend who has similar goals to you, im trying to lose like 5 pounds. im just trying to become healthier, especially in eating habits. a big motivator is that summers almost here!! gotta get bikini ready :) so send me a friend request because i dont know how...hope we can help each other keep on track!!

    does anyone have suggestions for lunches i can bring? i know nuts and fruits are good but anything else i should know about? getting back into the healthier routine feels good :)

    havent been on in a long time. im doing exercises everyday, i have to because of my scoliosis. but im trying to start running also. ive been eating less too and making healthier choices. i just dont log it anymore! but im back because i like seeing my progress and getting motivation from everyone.

    fell a little off track. afyer school snack of a brownie with ice cream :( only my third day on here. plan to do some working out over the weekend. just trying to get in better shape not lose tok much weight though. it would be unhealty looking. good luck to all of you!!!

      Snacking is a very hard habit to break! I call it grazing! :) Have either of you ever tried the Medifast program? We eat 6 meals a day,, every 2-3 hrs! Definitely eliminates the snacking! I'm a health coach, so if you'd like more info let me know!

      Also, scheduling snacks helps with that. If you eat things with lots of fiber like half an avocado you won't be as tempted to snack all the time.

      I know! After a while processed and junk food loses its appeal. When I see it in food courts I think, gross!

      Boy, that will be nice. The bakery tries to hold me hostage every time I go to the grocery. So far I've been able to fight it off with carrots and cauliflower. Lol

      I hear you. Breaking the snacking habit is challenging for me, especially before and after dinner. My willpower is being tested on a regular basis. But if I can hold out (I've only been here a week), so can you!

      Establishing habits can be extremely difficult, especially if you want to much at once. I really recommend starting with one habit at a time, and if you are confident that you really made it a habit, pick the next one.
