    Only lost .5 of a pound (or gained 1 pound, according to my other scale). I got so mad at myself I had a bunch of cookies and a bowl of cereal. Uuuuugh. Why do I do this to myself?

    Really, really overate today... on almost every level. Lots of sugar, lots of carbs, lots of fat. I feel awful now... oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

    Feeling really woozy all day, getting dizzy when I stand up and I have stomach problems. Is this because of my new diet?

    Did my first run in like 2 months today. Went from being able to do 4 miles to doing .5 miles. Phew. And I was completely exhausted afterwards! Gonna have to work on that.

      It's ok, it happens. Stay positive. Reset the goal and keep going. Just say out loud "thats ok, I'm going to do better". Also, I'm not sure your routine but if your working out then it's possible you have gain muscle weight but as you keep working out and eating right then you'll start to lose the fat. So stay positive. Great job making the DECISION to change, that's a big step a lot of people don't make. I hope this help and encouraged you... :) God bless

I know it doesn't look like much on the scale, but think about all the positive lifestyle changes you've made and this week you will be awesome!

      What type of diet? Does the calorie tracker say you are getting enough calories? Or perhaps did you used to have high blood pressure? My husband used to take meds, but after weight came down there was no longer a need for them as they gave him these symptoms.

      The dizziness when standing happened to me the first week I was doing this, where I would basically stop eating after I hit my carb limit but with insufficient protein and fat. Make sure you are getting enough calories, especially if you're exercising a lot. Once you figure out the right balance things will get better.

      Thank you guys. I think it was because of insufficient calories yesterday. As soon as I ate a steak for dinner I felt WAY better. Now to get some good sleep :)
