    Weekends kill me. I had to restart two challenges, and quit one... but I kept on track with two. Also, we just had a full week of summer weather and I woke up this morning to snow! Blah. But I won't let it keep me down, C'mon Monday, you can do better than that.

    Was craving carbs and fried food, but opted for fresh vegies instead. I'm full and feel great about my choice! I freakin' love Broccoli! lol

    Had a half cup of pineapple and a half cup of strawberries for breakfast today ... already waaay over my sugar. BUT it's good sugars right? No big deal I'll definitely burn that off by the end of my day

    Just leveled up! How very exciting! I've been making a point to log all the physical activities I participate in. I really didn't think I was as active as I am. Yay! Now to cut back on my sodium intake ...

    Blah, kinda fell off the wagon this weekend. I didn't eat very good but I did manage to get out and enjoy activities in the sun. That counts right? :) haha

    I'm finding it really hard not to go waaaaay over on sodium. Why does everything tasty need to be so salty? haha Any suggestions for a salt junkie?

    My team at work got together and joined the site to motivate eachother. Having someone else working towards a similar goal is a fantastic way to keep on track.

      I was ok the first 2 weekends but this weekend I had an excel sheet to work on so.... Lam lam lam. I just tossed in the towel and ate ice cream chips and salsa. So what do you do about your challenges. I see you quit some. I should quit them and start over.

      Had to do the same a while ago for my snacks after supper challenge... several times in fact. But I'm getting into the habit of not eating after supper now. Which is a good thing... will have to remember to stick with it once I finally reach my goal weight. I'm sure you'll be able to keep on track next time :)

      A lighthouse on my foot :) I live in the most easterly place in North America so the ocean and all that goes with it have been a huge part of my life. I definitely support tattoos as rewards. :)

      try to lessen it a step at a time. you will acquire new taste. and put it in a way. your taste bud will be more livelier. Which makes you a better food tester.

      When you cook, you can use more spices and herbs instead of salt if you feel it will taste bland. Also, drink a lot of water, so at least your body can eliminate the extra salt properly.
