      clean your room and go to the gym! no matter how tired you are afterwards, do your homework! or simply wake up extra early to go running :)

      Ugh plateaus are the worst. Just keep it up and pretty soon you'll see results!!

      Try to mix things up or try a different workout to help kick that plateau :)

      Friend told me about the 10% method. Just do 10% more exercise or eat 10% less. It is a small shift but it can help break through the plateaus.

      Try not to think of the weekend as a free for all different from you week. Maybe give yourself one meal to be whatever you want but more then that your apt to keep over indulging. I know because I struggle from the weekend munchies too.

      I have the same problem. Lately I've been able to stop it by tracking everything just like it were any other day but I get to relax a little too. It takes a little more work but it's worth it.

      Oh i have that problem. I spend the weekend at my boyfriend's place and they eat such shit over there. It's hard to bring and make my own food without them getting offended.

      I find it's easiest to be "good" if I prepare, make sure I have healthy food available and meals planned etc. Also give myself a day off every week though to eat some treat foods etc. because it doesn't pay to be too hard on yourself

      The most you want to lose is about 2 pounds a week. Anymore than that isn't usually healthy. Also think about skin retraction. To much weight lost to fast can lead to saggy skin in my own experience.

      that seems like a lot dear. You can definitely lose it n the next year but I would shoot for 15 pounds and that will make a big difference. Just try for consistent loss and maintenance so you can be sure what you lose is permanent and not just a quick goal met that wont last. I lost 35 pounds a few years ago and it can be done, but it did take me a year. Make the changes you need to and you'll do great.

      Well it is 12 weeks and so that means healthy would be 24lbs and I think ik good to lose another 6 lbs

      While having a concrete goal is necessary, I wouldn't get too hung up on the exact number. Keep focused on eating healthy, watching portion sizes, drinking up your water, and exercising - the weight loss will follow. Don't forget to reward yourself along the way, too! I'd have a small reward every 5 pounds or it will feel like a long haul & you could forget to celebrate your success!! I wish you all the best!

      I've lost 15 lbs in a month when I went for raw food or food that was unprocessed and it was still healthy and I ate 6 times a day. I even pigged out on Saturdays to shock my metabolism. I read about that online, as long as you realize how much a pound of fat looks like you may be happy with a smaller number of weight loss :)

      Every 10 pounds is one size, so even if you only lost 20 by then, that's 2 whole sizes less than you are today. That's pretty amazing!!
