      Yeah, a pear put me over yesterday. I actually raised my sugar intake minimum to 30g rather than 24g, which I think is HIGHLY restrictive and nearly impossible. I can't even make it if I only eat ONE serving of fruit today, because it's also in my cream cheese, dressings, etc. It all adds up quickly. I think 30-40 grams is more than respectable :)
