Why do I gain weigh so fast like over night 2 pounds. I did have 2 bad days & did some drinking. I was at a friends house at the Jersey shore & it was hard. I did try to watch what I put into my mouth. I have friends that do this & will gain but then drop it with in the week but for me it never works that way :( back on track so I will see at the end of the week. I only lost one pound last week to put 2 on just sucks!!
My first week on this program & I only lost a pound but I will keeping logging in & doing all my exercise which I love.

I have 35g & I used 30 all I had was a Protein shake 1g before going to the gym after the gym grapes 17g & fat free lactate milk 12 g nothing bad for me but the sugar.
Only if you decide to exercise less or more. Your diet is a really huge part of why you're losing weight, and you're losing it because the diet is forcing your body into an equilibrium of sorts. It's properly burning away excess fat but it shouldn't be burning as much muscle or sugar. The diet may change a little in terms of the amount of protein, but as long as you stay active, the calories and carbs and everything else should stay pretty similar.
You will have to go to your profile and enter your new weight and have it recalculate your calories, etc. I did this with the same goal in mind and it allowed me more calories per day because I was trying to lose less weight than when I started.

Don't be discouraged! It happens to all of us! Maybe for next time go for a walk with your friends or do something active to help balance out the "bad" in those bad days!

Keep it up! I've been running, exercising and eating better since March and can really only say I've lost 3 pounds! But I FEEL so much better! I can wear clothes that were too tight on me before and I get compliments on a regular basis that I look great! :D Don't rely on numbers to judge your progress :D
Thanks to the both of you it true a pound off is better then a pound on ;) I go to the gym a lot & some people think it's to much but I need it.

They have the sugar set "very low". If you want, do some research and see where you want to set your sugar according to other standards. If you want to follow the "very low" sugar and carb setup they have here, I would suggest trying unsweetened almond milk instead of milk (high natural sugar) and fruits like blueberries rather than bananas or grapes to keep the sugars down. You can also make protein shakes less sweet and add greens to them if you have a good blender.
Thanks I will look into some other fruit & the protein shake is ready to drink it only has a 160c 30g protein & 1g of sugar just has to be cold it's easy when I get up in the morning to grab & run lol.
Like freespirit said, the default sugar level is very low. I set mine to 50g, but make sure most of that comes from whole foods. Most guidelines say women should only have 24g of added sugar a day, so as long as I stay under that amount, I don't mind hitting 50g total with fruits, vegetables, milk, etc.

Freesprite how do you change the sugar?? I do not go over 50 & like I said it's not from sweet eating lol I do look at the labels & try to keep it low. Ok well sometimes it could be from sweets but I just started so I'm doing good :)
We have a problem staying under on our sugar too. You can change it by going into your settings at the top of the page.
