    One of my challenges I tried to do this morning was 2000 steps in 20 min. Just missed it. I might have to try it on the TM to see how fast I really have to walk. I just checked. I think I missed the word run. I will have to find it again.

    I couldn't believe when we were visiting friends that were camping they have never put peanutbutter on pineapple or watermelon. Really?? No wounder they would be bored with low cal high nutrition foods they cut half of the good things out. I also had my striiv with. I completed all challenges

    with out eating any breads I am always over on carbs and sugar, I eat 2 bananas a day, some pineapple, salad, carrots. What is going to happen with watermelon season right around the corner

      I put it on strawberries, watermelon, pineapple, other melons. I am doing up some mushrooms and onions to put with cheese on salad. I can spice them up. I put some ginger in it for right now.

      I went for a walk with friend Cindy this morning 2 miles. I was talking away and must of been walking like I do on the treadmill at 3.9 because the poor girl was dripping when I looked over. Now what kind of workout buddy would I be if I would say oh lets take a break. Instead I said "you want to lows weight right? How much weight do you lose sitting on the couch? Lets go. And we did.

      I'm trying to figure out when to fit them in... like doing one each time I get up from my desk, during commercials when watching TV or everytime someone says, "hey, nice weather we're having", etc...

      OK let me start doing the math 7 days is almost 15 commercials a night unless you want to play it safe and get it done in 6 then you have to drop and give me 20-30 sec almost 17 times per day. So if you do 30 sec on the front and 30 on each side then that would be more like 6 commercials.

      Oh please , here in WI they have more than that many recall ads on in 1 1 hr. show. We can do this and this is my plan. Just keep rolling those planks. Then if you do some on the front with a leg up and then the other leg. and an arm. Than on each side raise your kettlebells or an arm or an arm and a leg.
