    @Heath.bird I like the idea of the small portions challenge. Maybe I will do that after I do the two I'm doing...not eating after dinner and no soda! Hey, do you have an issue with sugar? I mean, I'm already at my sugar limit most of the time by the end of lunch, but I'm not sure how to cut sugar, I mean, it is EVERYWHERE!

      I have an issue with sugar, carbs, &sodium too. I'm doing better today because I added the no packaged foods challenge to my thing. that has helped knock down sugar. But yes, that was the first thing I noticed is that apparently I'm a sugarholic. Today I've had a one egg omelet & I made a wheat sandwich wrap for lunch. No mayo, just mustard with a little bacon, ham, spinach, tomato, & a tbsp of shredded cheese. Thanks to my omelet & the ham, I'm pretty close to my cholesterol limit

      I joined the Stop Snacking Before Bed! I have issues with that, well, really it is after work and before bed, but one at a time, right?! What challenges have you done? There is a lot that look good!
