    Really not an ideal thing to do. Coming home late from a birthday party (w/ lots of alcohol), didn't sleep and went on with tennis and then afterwards ran in the gym with some weight training as well. It's like I have so much energy. :|

    Today's supposed to be my rest day from the gym as I've been running 5K aggressively (increased speed) for 2 straight days, but dang. The yogurt and salad didn't work well for me. I ate 2pcs of chocolate and half a pack of M&M's. :(

    When I was in my early stages at SlimKicker, I religiously logged ALL if not most of the food I eat/drink. Now I just log in my exercises as I know I've been eating healthy. :D (The No Junk Food and Replace Juice with Tea challenges were the real deal for me.)

    Went to the gym twice - 11am and 11pm hahaha my friend and I literally closed the gym. Ran my fastest 5K in the treadmill on my evening run (well my 2nd fastest was the morning run haha). Feels great to be moving again!

    My saturday: woke up with a hangover, forced myself to eat, then ran 5K in the gym and worked on my core. Now not feeling as much guilt for drinking! But i should really stop drinking alcohol :|

    Those Golden Oreos have golden calories and sugar as well. The only way I can think of removing them from my sight is to eat them.

    Overall a good day (it's 1:11am here)! No caffeine intake, was able to run again, loaded on protein (beans, soy milk, chilled soy pudding), and resisted junk food! I've been really conscious of my food intake (no junk) ever since I joined SlimKicker. My overdue reward: finally bought myself trekking sandals!

      First thing in the morning, after you hit the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. It provides the most consistent weight from day to day and doesn't include excess water.

      Also, remember clothing adds weight too. If ur wearing light stuff like a tank top and shorts, you should only take a half a pound to a pound off. If ur wearing jeans or a heavy sweatshirt, it could add up to 2 pounds

      Consistency! Best = morning, post bathroom, pre-food, nude. As long as you are consistent in your times/methods of measurement. If you are on shift work, morning = whenever you wake up.

      If you want to avoid a temptation food I think the best thing to do is toss them straight in the bin! You won't want to eat them afterwards and it feels so great physically overcoming temptation. :)
