    a few weeks ago I started doing weights (on the machines because I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself with the free weights!) and i can definitely feel that i'm getting stronger! i mean, i'm up to 15lb tricep extension instead of 10lb, haha. but it's progress!

    the last two days have been super busy and stressful & I've skipped the gym... went back today and I feel a million times better. I think i'm turning into an exercise junkie, haha. I never would have imagined this!

    eating healthier has made me less hungry between meals, but I'm so used to snacking that my mind wants to eat even though my body doesn't want to.... does anyone have any tips for fighting these mental cravings???

    I stayed under my carb limit for the first time today, haha! my diet really is improving. now I just need to work on the exercise part a little more...

    I'm still eating too much sugar... but I'm not eating as much I used to! I haven't eaten dessert in days, and I don't miss it as much as I thought I would. yay (:

      That's definitely progress! Weights are a great way to really see fast results when they are combined with cardio.

      I'm inspired by this...I'm really looking forward to that day. For now, it's all just drudgery. My biggest pleasure in working out is being DONE! LOL

      Yay!!!! Good for y'all! I'll probably be out walking mine as soon as it gets warmer. My horse follows me like a puppy so I'll probably have a walking buddy.

      I'm finding the same thing. I have to get out of the kitchen at night. During the day, I've found a few low calorie snacks that are just enough to get me through (small apple, veggies+hummus).

      I listen to music with headphones on. It's almost impossible for me to eat anything when I listen to music with headphones on.
