    The past 2 weeks the most unhealthiest thing ive eaten is peanut butter.....wahoo and Ive droped 7 lbs

    I have stayed away from sugar for a whole week the results are incredible Ive lost 5lbs!!!!!! and that drobs me to 120 :) during the week I also stayed away from bread, pasta, and i dont eat very much dairy ...but this is totally awesome!!!

    DAY 5 .....After doing HIIT workouts I really have not been craving anything sweet which is fantastic!

    Yesterday I didnt eat any sugary foods and I didnt at anything after 730 Im Gonna do it again today :)

      Peanut butter isn't really that bad for you either. I mean, if you eat a lot of it, it won't be good, but it's a great source of protein. I like it on apples after I work out. :)

      Well I used to be a sugar addict like most but read about how bad it is for you and just as bad as smoking and that really nocked some sense into me....when i am wanting somthing sweet I usually eat frozen bananas or a piece of fruit and somtimes carrots dipped in peanut butter(I love it!!)...also ive decided I cant eat anything after 730 if I do crave somthing I might drink some MIO or have a sugar free winter green mint...dont let food stop you keep at it

      High Intensity Interval Training It burns alot of calories in a short amount of time ....and it speeds up your metabolism :)...Try fitness blender on youtube they have some great HIIT workouts

    @mikayla123 Good for you! I am a night eater and I know how hard it is to stop. Sugar, carbs and fats are my thing.

      Yea I always used to eat chocolate and tons of carbs right b4 bed but now im gonna stop that cause I want this summer to be different I want to be confident and im not gonna let food stop me :)
