    So upon the realization that I may be eating too late, I have decided to cut off all eating by 8pm. Easy peasy! If I end up hungry I'll have a cup of water with Psyllium Husks!

    I have a huge test happening for a Microsoft certification this Thursday so I've been dedicating all my time to that instead of exercise. >A< Trying to get some walking in where I can...I've fallen off tracking because of it, and I need to get back to it!

    This week has just been a bust. I've been keeping up well with the diet portion, but I've been sleeping a lot more and exercise just isn't happening at the intensity I'm used to. Could it be because of my period? Either way, I'm listening to my body and giving it a break.

    July 4th is nearly over and I didn't drink a drop! Go me! Only ate two tacos instead of three as well! Had some pineapple for dessert. Pushed me over my sugar limit but still well under calories!

      Woohoo! ...question, how does one go about eating psyllium husks? I know they have powder and capsules. Do you mix it with water and drink that?

      I mix mine with iced tea and a splash of light lemonade. I recommend the loose drink-able kind, as it takes the hunger edge off.

      I am always exhausted when my period hits! Give yourself a break and rest...it's okay :).

      Under the body tab if you search for sleeping it is there.. Yes your body burns calories while you sleep because it is in the process of sorting out the excess food that has been left over.

      Basically you assign an exercise to every suit. For example: Hearts: Jumping Jacks Spades: Push-ups Diamonds: Squats Clubs: Lunges Aces and Face Cards = 10, and all the #'ed cards equal their respective numbers. Jokers are 1 minute rests. You shuffle the deck and then draw each card and do that number of reps of that exercise!

      Yup!!! I'm on a strict budget so motivation to stick to it is always good! Plus, practicing will power in one aspect of your life can help you practice it in others. It might help people say no to junk food.
