    Gah, put on weight last week, but not surprising - overindulged in takeaways and chocolate big-time! So this week I'm going to try to be better at staying within my limits. Can't do much exercise with my neck still sprained but will attempt to walk a bit each day once the rain has gone over, and force myself to switch the light out before 11 - I'm reading some really good books at the moment, so it's hard to not go, "Okay, just one more chapter..." :-)

    Weighed myself on Sunday and I've lost about 700g (1.5lb) over the week, which is pretty good considering I haven't been doing much exercise - just having green smoothies for breakfast, cutting down on the takeaways and not having any snacks after dinner.

    Pleased with myself for a) doing yoga yesterday b) choosing a lighter option when the family went to KFC for dinner c) not having any after-dinner snack despite being tempted by chocolate and d) going to bed by 11! And none of it was very difficult to achieve :-)

    Gave up on the Move during Ad Breaks challenge - most of the TV I watch is recorded, so I just fast-forward the ad breaks! Going to try to do a set of gentle yoga asanas each day, and also try to get to bed before 11 each night now.

    D'oh! Completely forgot about my challenge last night - ended up reading a book during the ads instead. At least it was a book about juicing!
