    @GrizzledAtoms thanks for the push-up tip. have you done the 100 push up challenge before? 2 summers ago i got so close (87!). just easing back into them after a year off from torn rotator cuff

      I have not done the pushup challenge yet. I seem to get enough of them during my gym workouts but they are hard for me. Upper body has not been my strong point but, hopefully, that's starting to change!

    @saleemhuepenny I'm glad I'm not the only one dealing with scale frustration. My pants are (slightly) looser, and my face seems to look a little better so I guess I'll take what I can get. I'd like to say I'll stick with it too, but I have 40+ years of evidence to the contrary.
