    i am in the uk and i cant add all my foods to the planner ha ha aparently in america you dont have trackers

    okay gotta be strong this time and not quit (this is my hundreth diet i think!!) i am going through a strict physio regime at the moment so not allowed other exercise!! this is going to be a tough one, enough talking and more food planning i think ;)

      some of the foods i eat are not food log, its okay when i have veg or something but today i had a bag of monster munch and porridge lol

      Why are you doing this? Think about your reasons. Use several modes of tracking: weight, food tracking, measurements, so if one is disappointing you can look to others. Set smaller goals. Example: I need to lose 140 pounds. Mount Everest! But, I can stay at 1200 calories today and track what I eat. I can take a 30 minute walk on lunch, just today. I'll deal with tomorrow tomorrow. And if I screw up? Do better tomorrow. I wish you the best. I have yo-yo d many times before. You are worth it!
