      Get the round eye if they have it. Cut off about 4 oz and baggy the rest. Get roast vegetables instead of potatoes. Hmmm Shrimp, Chicken, side salad with dressing on the side.

    @skinnybitch1 If your finding it hard because your hunger is too much then change your diet plan! i've successfully dieted and found the best plans don't leave you feeling empty or unsatisfyied. the low carb or no carb diet is easily managed and both hunger and cravings will stop. get a book for just a few pence online so you can utilise all the things your allowed. starving won't work cos you can't stick to it unless your trying to punish yourslef.

      Thank you and I have a lot of books about the dietary stuff and what should work for my body type. I do not starve myself I actually eat a lot I just don't like to put it in to this system I know that is a bad habit but I always feel I need to work it off more when I put what I eat in to this system

      Awesome I did that but it was for breast cancer and I felt great afterward although the last stretch was hard because the sun was beating down hardcore

      If you have cravings then your diet is not correct. You should also eat more often but with smaller portions. That stops the gap between meals an the cravings should also stop.

      almonds are a good snack - but yes, to stop cravings, eat more protein and less carbs, carbs create a cycle of craving

      I have found that if my diet (even within my calorie limits) is carb heavy I tend to get hungrier and get sugar cravings but if my diet is protein heavy I don't. Hope this helps.

      take banana slices, put peanut butter in between, then freeze. It's delicious and keeps you full. :)
