    ugh... ate 1 egg for breakfast and 1 small slice of quiche for lunch and my cholesterol intake is already above what I should be eating. How is this possible? Those are healthy choices!

    haha. I like how slimkicker makes you feel bad if you add any foods that are slightly unhealthy. Even bread they were hinting I shouldn't have eaten it... ahhahaa GREAT motivation! THANKS

    wondering what to eat for breakfast... something protein filled. Hard boiled egg? (just eat egg whites). Or should I eat what I really want... cereal. ugh. decisions... i think i'll start my real intense dieting on saturday. the first of december. I hate being disorganized and starting mid-week. But i cannot mess up once i have started in december. I wont.

      don't feel bad - you have to eat after you give blood or you can get really ill...you deserve it after giving blood too, it's an amazing thing to do :)

      45 calories?? That's basically nothing. It's really really bad for your body to under-feed it, if nothing else it ends up clinging to fat stores because it thinks you're in famine

      Eggs contain high amounts of cholesterol. BUT. Your liver makes 3-6x more cholesterol than you can get eating eggs and other animal products. You need it for the production of steroid hormones like Testosterone and to build & repair cells. There's no relation to cholesterol & saturated fat intake to higher cholesterol levels. Don't worry too much about it!

      yea, they told me i should try a lettuce wrap instead by putting sandwich contents into a lettuce leave rather than bread. lol
