so any word on when there is going to be an app that works for android they have one for apple which is great if you have an iphone Ipad or Ipod but does nothing for android

as the days get warmer I am getting spring fever and want to get out and Ride my mountain Bike more often and do more out doors maybe become more active
the last while has been a struggle I feel I have gained and not lost anything
anyone know anything about an app yet for the android
I set out to loose weight and work out however I not stayed steady with doing it I need to be more consistent and work at it more I have decided that stating today I will start and stick to it I visit more often to keep my goals in check
After so long of not tracking I have come to the realization that when no tracking is accountability falls and weight loss is not accomplished and weight is usually gained
it is time to go back to the basics It has been like a roller coaster for the last month I need to get back to the basic and get things back in order

they really need to have make a app for the android market for those people that have android phone the one for the iPhone also works on the iPod touch but that does not always have an internet connection so they need an app for android as well
the last 3 days have been horrible I have been down and out sick for 3 days straight that and trying to do all this wow crazy crazy I still managed to get to bed by 11 and loose 5 pounds at the same time
I just hate those days when you are sick and there is to much to do and you just can not relax

competed 3 challenges yesterday wow the go by so fast
today is going to be a good day I think that when I get off work I shall go for a bike ride with the family and just enjoy the nice weather for a change instead of it raining and being wet
it seems that I am getting to a point that i feel like I do not want to do anything after I get home from work I seem to have lost my motivation. Last night I even snaked after dinner not a good thing to do at all I need to get back on to doing what is right eating healthier, sticking to my guns and not give in to those cravings at night sometimes life throws you for a loop and you just do not know which way to go.
So the no snacking at night after dinner has almost become like second nature to me at this point it is like it does not even appeal to me any more lets just hope it stays that way

it is amazing what happens if you keep doing something it becomes habit forming the craving for the late night snacks are seeming to go away thing that once raced through my head about eating late at night have seemed to fade. now lets see if I can keep it up and continue to not give in to those late night cravings

I love this time of year. We should all be up early and out late enjoying it!!
I bought a bike just a few weeks ago and I ride it every chance I get. The only time I really drive is when I am at work (part of job) and when I am hauling something.

An android app is slated to be released over the next few months! Hang in there. :) I'll let the developers know about the blackberry request too.

Give yourself some time to take inventory. Have you been doing too much? or doing things you don't enjoy? Here's something that has worked for me: as soon as you get in the door, change into your workout clothes and go work out. Do not stop to sit on the couch, do NOTHING else (except you can have a small healthy snack if you need it). The body will do what you tell it, it's the ol' brain that causes all the problems - so leave it out of the loop!
The no-snacking after dinner challenge is awesome!!! it has really helped keep me on track. Not second nature yet, but slimkicker helps keep me motivated.
