    I promised myself that I'd do some form of exercise at least five days a week 30 minutes a day. I am happy to announce that not only did I do some form of exercise 6 days a week, I also joined a kickboxing/yoga class on Saturdays at 8:00 am!! Some days not only did I do my 35 minutes of brisk walking at 6:30 am, I also worked out at the gym two days this week for an 1 1/2!!

      Yesterday I fell during my morning walk. Not much damage at all. Just hurt the thumb pad of my left hand. It took the brunt of the fall. If this had happened a couple of weeks ago before I started walking, yoga,etc. I know the outcome would have been a lot worst!
