    If you're looking for a fast and effective workout program, the SimpleFit workout routine is a great way to go. This workout is designed to whip you into shape in less than 30 minutes a day and can be performed without any expensive exercise equipment.

    To perform the SimpleFit level 1 routine, you be working out three days per week, with one day separated between each.

    For level 1, day 1, you'll perform a sequence of three exercises: 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, and 3 squats. Repeat this sequence over and over again until you've completed 20 minutes. Your goal is to do as many as you possibly can.

    For day two, you'll perform 2 pull-ups, 6 push-ups, and 10 squats, doing five rounds of this as quickly as you can from start to finish.

    Finally, for the third day, you'll perform 10 pull-ups, 21 push-ups, and 21 squats as quickly as you possibly can, doing just a single round.

    So there you have the SimpleFit workout design. Maintain proper form throughout, remember to breath, and you'll be seeing great results in no time.

    Today was a good Valentines day. Did a lot of studying for my yet, worked, rode my bike inside, & eat healthy all day. Now time to treat myself with some cookies.

    Day 3 -- I wasn't able to do 10 pull-ups at once. I did 3 sets (5, 3, 2) with a 10 second rest in between each set. I did do all 21 push-ups and squats in one set. I finished the entire challenge in 2 minutes and 43 seconds.

    Day 2 -- This seemed a little bit easier than Day 1. I was able to complete it in 3 minutes and 35 seconds.

    That was the longest 20 minutes EVER! I was able to do 39 sets (39 pull-ups, 78 push-ups, and 117 squats). The pull-ups are difficult.
