A group for someone who's already "thin"?

    Hi,

    I just joined SlimKicker because I want to get back in shape!
    I look great (well, I think I do!) when dressed, but I certainly don't look great in a swimming suit and I know I am very out of shape due to the lack of exercice. I used to cook often and do nice healthy recipes but since I started teaching, I am too exhausted to cook. My diet is based mainly on pitta bread, humus, crisps, and a few beers now and then...
    I really want to get back to eating healthy, feeling less tired and tone my body, especially my legs!
    I look forward to sharing with you, and if you have a group to recommend where I'd fit, I'm looking forward to joining it!

    Also, I always see that I should eat at least 1500 calories a day but I am sure I am waaaay below this - and I am not skinny-skinny - roughly a size 12 which is fine! I just want to look healthier and more toned, and lose a bit around the thighs if I can. But I am worried I can't lose weight because I probably can't eat less calories than I already do...
