    I just noticed that there are several running groups out there. I am a "jogger" at best :) I took up running just 2 years ago & have had a long hiatus unfortunately. So, I'm looking to get back into a regular routine. Not long runs - I just don't have the time & I'm slow - but hitting the pavement 3-4x/week.

    I love to run! Running has been a love of mine since I was young, but we've had an on and off relationship due to injury and school. I try to run 3-5 times a week, and I'd love to complete a half marathon next summer. Not only does running help me keep in shape, but it is a great way to unwind and de-stress after a long day!

    Here! I just joined today as well. I've been running for over three years now. I've ran quite a few half marathons but this last year have stopped training for and running those...$$$, bills, family and stuff like that you know. Still I try to log in at least 9-15 miles a week.

    hi all
    Just joined today...I run, cycle, and swim. Completed several 5K's one 10K and two triathlons this season...just signed up for a half marathon in February. Love running, and cycling, not so thrilled with the swimming. Really want to stay in shape and live long!

    I run! :) Love it too. I run leisurely, and the most I've done so far is a 10k, but I instead maintain with 2 to 3 5ks per week.
    I also like to run 5 miles as a challenge, and preparation for 10ks

    Any tips from running veterans out there?

    I loe to run! I haven't been hitting the pavement as often as I'd like these last few months due to injury and illness. Working on getting back out there as often as I can!

    I am a runner, though currently sidelined with a foot injury. I actually started running hoping to kick-start a little weight loss, but is has not helped at all it seems.
