How many points are things worth?

    Could you put up a list of how many points you get for certain foods? I know the point is to discover what's healthy, but I hate eating something that I think is pretty healthy and then getting one point for it. It'd make it easier to plan meals I think. Just a thought =)

    @nylonthread that most likely means you exceeded your exercise quota for the day or week... how much exercise have you logged? Up to a certain point, we don't give any pts

    For the points, basically veggies get the most points. In the second level comes healthy fats (so track your olive oil), fruit and healthy proteins. In the third comes healthy dairy that's easy digestible. Then whole grains. Then regular grains, and other foods. We know there's many other foods where you get +1 and you really shouldn't, and we're gonna take another look at those.
