    I've been using calorie count. I've stalled out. I am looking to be fit and healthy. Hi everyone!

    Welcome! New myself. Personally I find it impossible to calorie count... I hardly have time to *eat*, let alone count how many calories I'm consuming in a day! I've been wanting to get into the groove of just being healthy- you know, finding a way to make it a habit to fit some exercise in, changing the way I eat so its just habitual to go for smaller portions and healthier snacks instead of whatever happens the quickest (i.e. fatiest, most carb-loaded) grab and go item. So far, I've found this site to be super helpful at making it fun to take those steps towards a healthier me... I love watching the points accumulate as I interact and make and track healthy choices. It gets addictive! Hope you find your time here similarly beneficial! Best of luck to you on breaking through the stall out period!
