    hi i need idea's for breakfast/lunch that does not have starch but can fill you up

    A layered fruit salad - just slice your favorite fruits, or whatever you're interested in that morning, and layer them in a bowl or parfet cup with things like nuts, berries, honey, or a touch of chocolate syrup. Another could be smoothies or a hot 'cereal' maid with quinoa or chopped nuts rather than grains. This can be topped with dried fruit (just a bit, if you are watching the sugar). =)
