    The week that have passed I fucked up bad. Eat alot of candy and chips. I did not exercise that mutch. But today when standing on the balance i have lost 2kg this week as well. Strange :P But i dont mind. And you know what know there will be order in life again! I am starting over again.

    Motivation is falling a bit.. Visiting my family and they have dark chocolate and candy and chips! I ate 2 chips. 2-3 squares of chocolate. I dont think this effects my stats that mutch. But i think its try to go in to my brain that it is all rigth again... hmm wait a seconde I have controll rigth? I will go to bed now and tomorrow I will go up and eat my salmon with crispbread and straigth to the gym and for get this ever happend! Cheers!

    I've found four major changes since I changed my life style 2 weeks ago. Number 1: I am very energetic and can therefore more easily make the right choice after I changed my sleeping routine. Number 2: My core muscles have become stronger. Number 3: I can eat something sweet without raising a large craving for sugar. Number 4: I went and trained at 07:00 on a day off, this is a sign of increasing motivation.

    Last night i kind of lost a litel bit of my motivation. I dont know why but it was the modjo. I was affraid that i would fall back and fail. But today when i woke up it felt better. I went to the PC and i booked me in for a skydiving. For that i need to weigth under 100kg today i weigth 103.5kg so i have to go down under 100kg to juni 29. I AM MOTIVATED AGAIN! LETS FALL FROM THE SKY!

      for some reason, i find if i stay on my diet ALL the time for say, a month, i'll lose, but I seem to lose more if i have cheat days in between, i'm not sure why lol. so maybe slipping and having candy and chips isn't such a terrible thing. :)

      unintentional, early reward! I like that.... I have slipped a few times myself and that's what I do...I go and change my reward to one level higher and count that as my early reward ...just don't wanna do that too often or you will never get to a REAL reward, and also miss out on the whole point of the program...learning to live healthier and feel better ....progress not perfection.

      I know the feeling i want to go horse riding so im working towards that. Im the day by day meal by meal better choices kind of approach. I find that if i set goals too far apart i loose my focus and give in to the evil side.
