      Keep pushing. It took me about 3 weeks before I was able to do 3 push-ups in a row. What helped was forcing myself to get off my knees and do a regular push-up. If I couldn't push myself up, oh well, I'll just try next time. As Nike said, Just Do It!

      Nice, I am still working on pushups from the back of a chair :) sort of halfway in between wall and floor
