      They are naturally high in cholesterol, but that doesn't necessarily mean you can't or shouldn't eat eggs on a regular basis. They're also a great source of vitamin D and other nutrients. I would say how many eggs you have at one time should depend on how much cholesterol you eat on a daily basis. If you don't normally have much cholesterol intake, then it's probably fine to splurge on a couple eggs once or even twice a week.

      Try egg products like Egg Beaters as well, although their trade-off is slightly higher sodium.

      you can go to your nutrition states and delete what you've added already today. then start over

      Under Nutrition, scroll down to Nutrition stats, and at the bottom of the page there's a listing of all your food. Click the appropriate "edit" link at the far right. Did you find it?
