    Weighing myself tomorrow morning, pretty anxious to see if anything has changed. But no matter what the scale says, I know I've been kicking my own butt since I've started SK, and can actually say that I am proud of myself! :)

    Back to the old grind! Bring on the day!! Anybody on here tried Raspberry Ketones? If so, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Did you loose any weight?

    Me and my hubs had a night alone for a change, and went and had custard. Im 69 calories over, and ya know, I don't feel that bad about it. I've stuck to a strict diet for some time, and that was quite a handsome reward. I'll pay for it tomorrow on the treadmill though! Good night all! Stay strong!

    Made a fresh salad to take with me to work, a few olives and some cucumber along with some chicken breast strips. yay veggies and protein yay! :-) What does everybody else bring to work?

    A day of fun activities with my hubs and baby boy, and needless to say, worried about making good choices for food. :-/ But I'm down 3lbs! Trying to remember why and how I got down those pounds. Hopefully that will help!! Hang in there everybody, and have a great Sunday!

    Went to a Mexican restaurant with my hubbs and baby boy, and actually behaved myself for a change! Got the veggie fajitas and there were yummy! But later after we got home had an Atkins peanut butter cup-so I kinda blew the "no snacks after dinner" challenge.. oh well, there's always tonight! Have a good weekend everybody!

      I find that I enjoy my home-made lunches better if I have cute things to put them in: I make bento all the time! My favorite things include lemon chicken nuggets: http://justbento.com/handbook/recipe-collection-mains/pan-fried-lemon-chicken-nuggets with a bit of steamed rice (just a little to stave off any craving) and lots of veggies and fruit!

      Tex Mex is my nemesis. I need to figure out a way to get salsa into my system w/o the calorie hit of the fired chips.

      Actually, I asked for some soft corn tortillas, spread salsa on them and rolled them up like toquitos.. it really wasn't half bad, but at least it kept me away from the chips.
