      - Try your best to stay within your Slimkicker calorie count. I was skeptical at first but when I stayed within my range consistently the weight just came off. I've lost 25lbs and have kept it off for a year - Enter absolutely everything you eat and don't deprive yourself; account for it. I entered 1 piece of Bubblicious gum yesterday lol - Since you have fewer calories than you're used to, 'spend' them wisely on more nutritious food. You'll eat less junk.

When my doctor put me on a diet, she told me not to drink my calories. I didn't realize what she really meant until a couple days into this I drank some chocolate milk. I gulped it down. When I was entering it in, I noticed that the little bottle was actually two servings. What? I drank it like in one swallow. It was almost 500 calories. Then I understood. Best advice I have been given so far. Hope it helps. Good luck to you.

Water, water and more water. Staying hydrated helps with cravings and hunger :) The body will tell you it is hungry when really you are just thirsty. I put lemon in my water to give it a little flavor :) Good luck and have fun figuring out all the yummy foods to eat that are good for you. Your Dr is right...you will feel much fuller throughout the day when you eat instead of drink your calories!
