      ya i know. its not much but its a start. i have 2 friends doing this with me so that helps and plus my boyfriend helps me stick with this! if you want we can team up and take tips from one another

      I'm not that great either.I'm 22 and 165 but I'm 4"10 so that's really bad for me

      v ups. squats. running. long-term jumping jacks. bicycles.

      thanks! v ups are hard for me but i do squats jumping jacks i go walking stuff like that

      Do squats,and jumping jacks, basically cardio exercises(anything that gets your heart racing) and also do alittle weight training so your skin staya tight and fit,instead of loose!

      lifting weights is significantly more important for fat loss than cardio. start working towards lifting heavy and use movements that engage your whole body, not ones that single out one particular muscle group. squats, deadlifts, lunges, shoulder presses, etc. stand while you do them & it will work your core for balance.
