    @cubanchili Good job with the replacing soda challenge.. Diet coke is a weakness of mine even though I know that being diet doesn't make it healthy.

      Thanks ;) But this is very true that it is not really a healthy option.. many are fooled by the fact that because it has no calories it's ok... I have this same problem, but instead of soda, I do it with fake sugar... anything sugar free, I know it's not good for ya, but I may still indulge more freely.... my weakness right there!

      just totally curious...what do you do as a job? my sister is a nurse and has to work rotating shifts and says it's reeeally hard.

      I work in management for a national retail chain. We just had a remodel and most of the work was done between 10 pm and 6 am from Feb to now. Now I'm back to 7 am to 3 pm. I feel for your sister. My aunt is a nurse and I would hate to have my shift change up so often.

      Have you tried Shakeology? That would def be an asset! Ive used it for over a year now :-)

      I know exactly how you feel! I have some amazing workouts but then my eating habits are a completely different story...

      @my3boysleiter- I've seen a few things about Shakeology but never tried it. Might be worth a deeper look. @cubanchili- Yeah, getting in a good workout has never been an issue but all the things I love to eat end up working against my results.
