    Another workout while the baby is napping. I'm 5 for 5 on days I'm home with her since deciding to start getting back into it.

    Hit level 4 this morning. Had a coworker bring donuts this morning and I have resisted having any so far. I'm glad I planned my food out for the day ahead of time.

    50 minutes on the elliptical followed an hour of wait training earlier in the day. Now putting the finishing touches on a spinach salad with dried cranberries, banana peppers, slivered almonds, sharp cheddar cheese, and a lite salad dressing to go with the steaks I'm grilling.

    Got a good weight day in while Zoey was supposed to be napping. I heard her playing the whole time though so hopefully I can hit the elliptical for an hour or so during her afternoon nap!

    Cut up some of the leftover grilled chicken breast from dinner last night and added it to an egg white and a whole egg with a little shredded cheddar for a tasty breakfast.

    Gonna take a break at work to walk to the grocery store and buy some fruit or a salad or something for lunch rather than just going without.

    Unloading the truck from the warehouse for 2.5 hours gave me the exercise credits to hit lvl 2. I think lifting 80 mowers plus everything else counts as exercise

    Spending the afternoon at the park with my wife and daughter. She's too young for it to be a lot of exercise but there is no bad food temptation.

      Donuts are so hard to resist, but they are TERRIBLE for your nutrition ratings! They'll shoot off the charts in all the wrong places. Kudos to you for staying strong!

      Wow, sounds like a great workout! And the salad sounds yummy -- cranberries are awesome in salad. Try feta or goat cheese crumbles next time :)
