    It seems this place is dead now I just realized. Thats sad. It was fun. Well I'm out, I suppose ill move on to something like My Fitness Pal even though this was better. But there are no people left. Good luck to all!

    Also, I shouldn't say diet. It's an intense program to get your ready for the miltary in 8 weeks (but can be used to kickstart your exercise program if your out of shape like I was).

    Started Scooby Workshops (google it) boot camp diet on May 12th following everything very carefully. Even with cheating now and then, I'm down from about 193 to 184. Pretty much running Mon Wed Fri for 30min. and intense Cycling tues thurs sat.. But now I seem to be hitting a wall at 184. It seems I'm losing fat still, but its platowed. I'm hoping thats due to muscle gain as I'm also doing pullups and pushups on running days. Any ideas?

    Went for a 10+ mile bike ride, with big hills. My usual on a nice day. Does anyone else get moody from exercise sometimes?

    Happy Easter! I recently started biking again and refound my old love as a teenager. I have been having a blast losing calories and enjoying the nice scenery at the same time. Also, for Easter I had some chocolate and gum but in moderation. Today will be a challenge for sure.

    @GrizzledAtoms I know you spend a lot of time outdoors, and just wanted to ask if you ever have bad allergies? I was going cycling almost every day and then it came to a halt because allergies more or less crippled me this year.

      No, I've been very fortunate in that area. I've spent a great deal of time outdoors since I was very young and have never had to deal with allergies. Sorry to hear that you've been hit with them!

      ..only if I'm short on food for the day. In general I notice that I get moody if I can't work out at a time when I usually would. I guess my body is used to the endorphins.

      yeah when you're working out a lot you've gotta make sure you are keeping your body fueled. I had a friend almost pass out while we were playing tennis because he had biked all day and barely eaten a thing.

      When the weather is good outside I can not help but want to go for a ride on the bike just need to get the motivation to wide my bike to work but it is still dark in the morning when I come to work so I will need to get me another light in order to do so
