    PR's yesterday at CrossFit, 60# OH Squat, and one full pull-up (it was ugly, but I got my chin over that bar with no modification)!

    Awesome Easter weekend for me. Climbed the St Augustine lighthouse on Saturday, Zip-lined for 2 hours thru the Alligator Farm on Sunday!

    Thanks for the good wishes. The 10K portion of the show has now concluded. Let's' just say throwing in 4 up-hill bridges really sucked!! The next leg of the race series is tonight at 7pm 5K, more bridges - bah!

    Getting nervous about my upcoming event, called the Tour De Pain EXTREME. It's 3 races in 24 hours... 10K Sat @ 7am, 5K Sat @ 7pm, Half Marathon Sunday @ 7am. How does one even train for this type of craziness? I am excited about the challenge and nervous about being able to dig that deep and survive the physical demand. Yikes!

    At CrossFit yesterday... the warm-up was the equivalent of what I used to consider a full workout.... then came the real workout - YOWZA! Toes 2 Bar, Jumping Lunges, 100M Sprint. 10reps x 10 rounds 19:44. I survived, can't wait for next time!

    The 5 week Paleo Challenge has concluded at my CrossFit box. It went great, lost 6 pounds and lost several unwanted inches and gained muscle tone and definition. I plan to continue the Paleo plan with one cheat meal a week.

    Over did it at CrossFit (4x) last week and then did a 15K run on Saturday. My pace was off and my shoulder is injured. Grrrr now I need to heal this shoulder and get rested!

      Tomorrow morning I have a 3rd and final leg - a half marathon. After that a HUGE CHEAT MEAL!! I have no idea what to eat, but it will be worth it!

      Sounds like a badass workout! Gonna look for somewhere around here with CrossFit - if I can't find one I guess I'll make my own club or something :P

      I LOVE IT - I get my butt kicked every time! The best part I have cut down my total workout time, no more 60 min boot camp sessions + hours of running endless miles, and my results have been outstanding. Yesterday my warm up (300M sprint, 10 Kettlebell, 10 push-up, 10 box jumps 20" for 3 rounds) was about 15-20 min and 20 min for the real workout - that is one of the longer ones.       Haha - found one! Thanks for the link! I was hoping there would be one in my city (it hasn't caught on as much in the UK as much as in the states) and there is! Excellent... looking forward to some extra pain :D

      Awesome! Be prepared, it may be a little pricier than traditional gym. But when you consider you get the personal training, kick-butt workouts and nutrition all wrapped into one place, it is worth every penny. It becomes and addiction!
