    Starting tomorrow, just read about this on a friends blog, hoping to drop some weight and get healthy. Doing the soda challenge and any others i can fit in! Slow and steady!! Have a great day all!

      Good luck! I've found that food and exercise logs to be the most helpful for me, and like others have said, start slow and take it one step at a time.
