    I eat what I want now that I'm expecting and I just logged all my food for the day; it's all GREEN without even tracking what I eat! Baby knows what is best!

    ...so last month was not the month we ended up being pregnant. :o( Don't be sorry; I have had at least a drink a day since I found out it was a "no." At least now I can continue to do down-dog when I do my yoga everyday.

    2 weeks under my belt officially walking everyday and doing yoga at least every other day for 10-55min. I can move; my body doesn't hurt when I'm driving or working! YAY! And... I think I am like, 3 days pregnant. Fingers crossed on that! Hopefully know soon!

    I have been kicking butt at staying active for an entire week. I walk everyday for 10 minutes at least and do yoga every other day (if not everyday). I feel so good and so much more flexible/less painful.

    FINALLY got my butt active. After eating healthy I've settled into a routine of walking one day (maybe twice), and yoga the next day (at least 30 min). I can't believe how much better I feel after 5 days of this!

    Did NOT order Jimmy John's today. I have to kick that habit of yummyness and convenience before we get pregnant. This is going to be harddddd... but I made a list of snacks like bell pepper slices and mixed fruit for the fridge when I go looking to munch on crap.

    Really motivated to be healthy in preparation for getting pregnant. Stopped eating all kinds of nasty food; I even put a cupcake back yesterday that I grabbed from the breakroom. Then got home and made very healthy yet TASTY burritos with a half avocado, walked the dog and relaxed without snacking.

    OMG FINALLY!!! Since I've been on here the sugar bar has been over everyday. I planned EVERYTHING I will eat today and it's all green, baby! Only 25% of daily sugar reached so maybe I can have fruit for dessert!!!

    Stopped taking my artificial-hormone-laced Pill. Now I eat NO artificial hormones: No beef, amish-farm chicken, almond milk only and reverse-osmosis water.

    Got rid of my CIN1 (pre-cancerous cervical cells) by eating right and taking care of myself for the last 6 months. Now we can have a baby!!! YAY!

      After regular croquet morning's play, a friend asked me to play another game, soooo tired, but I though of the beautiful extra exercise points, and jumped in, and played a rare brilliant game. So yes, SK does up my activity, and I love it.
