    My biggest fear is exercise that is more than 10 minutes. It makes me fall sick and I know without workout a healthy lifestyle is incomplete! Any ideas on easy workout plans for someone like me!

    The challenges are very helpful because they keep me focus and knowing there is something u shd nt eat and if u do it means starting all over is very helpful!

I have just started beginner yoga thanks to help from SK friend who told me where to begin on tube, another life-changing delight thanks to SK. I made myself a seven-day challenge for this, 20 minutes a day, pure bliss.. Jo

      Yeah and a friend also told me dancing is great and that is something I love and do on a regular basis but did not Know if it was a proper exercise! Thanks Jenn

      I get pain if I exercise too much, but I have found even 15 minutes of gentle walking is enough to help push my weight loss. My body likes it and I do feel good afterward

      dancing sounds great! I would also try water aerobics, or water running, as they are light impact and offer great resistance

      Vegetables will score you lots of points, and there lots of points for light or hard exercise, so you can do what suits you. This is a game, so enjoy the fun, while you get healthier.

      You could design your path to be smooth and easy to begin with, for example, choose challenges that are fun for you. Some people jump in with fierce determination an make big immediate progress - and it suits them. For me, I know for the long haul, first I need to develop the habit of setting and keeping goals - I am a daydreamer usually.

      JoLowe0 is right set goals that are easy at first. That sets a routine up that you won't get burned out on. This is not an overnight thing we are doing...it's a lifetime thing. It tools me years to put this weight on and it will take years to get it off. But hang in there we can and WILL do this.
