Re-entered my weightlifting exercises done since I got the home gym (tracked on paper since 3/28)... wish I could edit my early entries on SlimKicker, I had misread the weight conversion chart. :S

Purchased a home-gym three weeks ago from CraigsList. First major workout was disassembling from the guys basement and reassembling in mine. I've used it at least every-other day. I've tried dieting, now I'm trying weights... maybe both together can make a dent in my middle.

Yep, I love this site but I really don't understand why they don't allow you to go back and edit exercises.

Even lying on the couch, an ounce of muscle will burn more calories than an ounce of fat so you're right! Don't forget to include some type of aerobic exercise so you retrain your body how to burn fuel the right way.

If your doing a lot of weights gauge your success by inches, not pounds. I was lifting weights and using the elliptical but was discouraged that the scale wasn't moving much, then a friend pointed out that my jeans were getting a little baggy.
