    Had a great week. Made some really healthy choices and still took time to enjoy some of my favorite foods in moderation and STILL weighed in 1.5 pounds lighter than I was last week! :)

    I started my day with a simple green protein smoothy! Yummy! Then took another brisk walk on my break. So tired and sore from hitting the gym extra hard yesterday. Enjoying a night of movies and popcorn and hot cocoa Ovaltine style with my LO.

    Had an awesome workout at the Y today! Lifting, Cardio, then Parent/Child Swim Lessons! Fun, Fun, FUN! O yeah! AND I took a walk on my break today!

    Wooo hoo! Ran a mile for the first time in almost 9 months! No sign of the Osteo Arthrisis pain! yay! One step closer to being the me I used to be!

    Howdy! Just checkin in again! Woke up this morning and hit the PS3 for some EA Sports Active 2 action! The best part about the morning was having my sleepy little toddler hop right in and start doing the exercises with me as soon as she woke up!

    Well, been doing pretty good so far. Even though this is only the 3rd day and I wasn't able to get to my computer last night to check in or do anything and only have a few minutes before bed time tonight, but I thought I'd at least stop in and say Hi.

    Today was my first day and I was kind of conflicted as to what to do calorie wise becuase I've been using MFP since August and I'm allowed a more calories per day according. I also have an app for it on my driod so I ended up just going with that calorie goal since I can easily track what I eat as I eat it. So, we'll see what happens here.

    Well, I'm the new girl in town as far a SlimKicker is concerned, but I've been on a successful Better Health and Fitness Journey since August of 2011 and have lost 33 pounds so far! I can't wait to see what SlimKicker has to offer!

      The app. I update it in the spot. I rarely use the website any more. Hard to find time to sit down in front of a computer being a single mom of a very active & curious toddler.

      hmm.. we're in process of making an Android app. I hope we can overthrow MyFitnessPal =) But I do love their app, and have a lot of respect for the group that made it.

      Just keeping track of calories & nutrients myself. As I research more I add things to my health & fitness toolbox. This along with my doctors advice are rally helping to fine tune my health.

      I use MyFitnessPal to track my calories and nutrients other than that I just try to stay active and still enjoy the foods I love.
