    I replaced my breakfast with a homemade fruit smoothie this week and kept my other meals the same. I've worked out 4 days since last Tuesday and I'm down 6 pounds so far!

      Stay the course and stick to the plan ( assuming it is a good plan) and results will come overtime. Think of results in weeks, not days. And check excess carb consumption; it is normally the culprit for excess weight.

      Think of it this way: you didn't gain all of the weight all at once, it happened over time. Same with your results. Just stick with and their will be progress.

      (omg I can't believe I made a grammatical error. there*) Also it gets harder and harder the lower your weight goes. I'm trying to lose the last .8% of body fat and it's hard as hell.

      I'm at 140 now and I want to lose 5 more pounds and tone up. I just feel I'm not seeing progress as far as toning up goes.

      I recommend measuring ur self. While u may not be loading weight u might be gaining muscle
