    Running accident - tripped on sidewalk bump and fell. Will be out for awhile - knee is really banged up. Meanwhile, gained back 2 of the 3 pounds I lost :(

    I started doing a slow and steady stationary bike ride daily for 30-40 minutes. So far, it seems to be helping to move the stubborn weight.

      Stay positive! Have you set goals? Are you eating a good balance of proteins, low carbs, low sugar? Lots & lots of water?

      Weight does fluctuate naturally, so if you are noticing an up and down daily-that should be expected. But if you stick with it, you can make lasting results!!

      It shouldn't be a diet, it should be your life style and then you'll lose wieight and it'll last trust me, if you call it a 'diet' you already failed. My parents are nutritionists so i know that stuff :)

      Hope you are right Hana98. I already have a pretty healthy lifestyle diet, so there's not much I can change.

      We understand. I had a great system going on, losing 23 lbs over the course of a year, but feel as if I've hit a wall recently. I guess you change up your system to something different and get your metabolism restarted that way. Whoever figures it out first, let us know! Good luck!

      Doing a stationary bike can be a great workout! It gets your legs in shape like none other!
