    If it counts: I've suddenly become inspired to change my life into a new lifestyle of everday (or at least every other day) of gradually reaching 30 minute jog as I don't run very much. Next, I want to change my eating habits into something much healthier than it is now. I'm not addicted to fast food or any junk food, but its because its convenient/cheap that i do eat it. Last, but not least, to lose weight is to become skinnier and i can achieve goals much easier.

      I've been big for too many years. Many of my friends keep telling me that I'm not fat. As much as I am happy to be told that, Its definitely not true. I am big. Maybe not as big as average big people here in CA, but still considered big.
