    Anyone have any negative affects taking vitamins? I've started taking some and I actually feel like complete crap on them and I'm bloated. Gonna stop and see what happens.

    Nothing sucks more than the gym when it's crowded, but most of the time you'll still be able to get what you need to do done. Don't be let yourself get discouraged! I recently got a job so now I have to gym when it's busy in the "after-work" hours, but it's not as bad as I thought.

    Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder to KNOW YOUR LIMITS. It's not failure if you start to feel badly! The most important part of exercise is doing it injury free so you can continue the next day and the next. If you have to take a break, just do it and don't chastise yourself. Safety first, guys.

      Daily vitamins are not required if you eat a fairly balanced diet.
