    Did speedwork last night on an actual track with some friends. They pushed me to run faster than I thought I could. We did 4x800 meter intervals @ about a 7min mile pace with 400 meter jogs in between after a 1 mile warm up. And this is from someone who considers an 8 min mile pace really fast ;-) Then at the end we did a 400 meter sprint just for fun before running a 1200m cool down.

    This week's challenge is going to be tough. My fav junk food to skip for a week: cheese. One of the few dairy items I mix in with my mostly paleo diet.

    Just wanted to crash on the couch after getting home from work, but the sun was shining and I went for a 2.5 mile run instead. Now I feel energized and perhaps ready to tackle the stack of dirty dishes in the kitchen. Perhaps. ;-)

    Finally managed to do wall walks this morning @ CrossFit. They weren't perfect but still a vast improvement over the last time I tried them!

      I hear ya! My one real weakness is Oreos. I use them as a treat once in a while so figure it's a good idea to try going a whole week without them. Ugh!

      A lot of these are a real challenge for me :( I have eaten so bad and I have a bad sweet tooth :/ I Hoping by the time I finish I will not be a bad eater anymore.

      Cheat meals are good once in a while! Keeps your metabolism working! Just have a cheat meal, not day though! Keep up the good work!

      Thanks, that's what I was telling myself. And I've managed to avoid them so far, if I hold out for a little longer everyone else will have eaten them and the temptation will be gone ;-)

      I love it. Started in November and I'm already seeing massive improvements. You just have to be careful, don't push yourself too hard until you have good form and listen to the coaches. It's really addictive and the community is great. Everyone says hello and cheers you on, so much better than just going to a regular gym =)

      I fell a few times, the walls were a little damp so my feet were sliding around. It actually added to the fun factor though, we were all laughing as we slid around =)
